In case you haven't watched it, and you really should, Castle follows the adventures of Richard Castle, a best-selling mystery novelist, and Kate Beckett, an NYPD Detective.
Not only is there plenty of romantic tension and interesting crime cases but there's also some fun for writers and readers since the lead is a novelist.
Recently, I was watching a rerun of Castle and ended up with some valuable writing advice. Advice I know, but need to hear day in and day out. Castle was sitting there with his laptop and the screen was scrolling...
So cool that one of my favorite shows ended up being inspiration for writing, too.

OMG I can't believe I've never watched that show. But, then again, I've been without any kind of TV for well over a year. :) Thanks for sharing, Tia!! I'll have to check it out. WRITE ON!
